You are all invited to compete in the TCG League Cup at Dragon’s Lair Alamo Ranch. Get started in the world of competitive Pokémon TCG play at League Cup tournaments. These events are a step-up from League Challenge competitions, featuring an increased Championship Point payout and giving players more opportunities to test their skills in preparation for larger events. In Pokémon TCG League Cup tournaments, players can earn Championship Points and work toward earning an invitation to the World Championships!
Pre-registration: It is STRONGLY reccomended you arrive early due to a deck list must be provided and approved prior to gameplay. Prepayment is required for registration. You may pay online or in person at the store. All players must check in before registration closes at 12pm noon. Players who pre-register and do not check-in by 12pm will lose their spots to players on the waiting list.
Details: Players must bring their own 60-card standard deck, NO PROXIES. League Cup events consist of Swiss rounds (based on attendance); there will be a top cut to single-elimination rounds. Players must have a Pokémon Trainer Club account with a Player ID attached and must have opted into the Play! Pokémon program to earn points and prizes. All participants will receive 1 Play! Point just for playing. Players can apply for Player IDs via Pokemon.com.

Championship Point payout for the Pokémon TCG League Cup is as follows:
All divisions: 1st: 50pts, 2nd 40pts, 3rd – 4th 32pts, 5th-8th-25pts 9th-64th: based on attendance.
